Singhare ki puri

 
Ingredients

Quantity

Singhare ka atta

1 cup

Oil

1 tbsp

Ajwain seeds

2 tsp

Coriander leaves

¼ cup

Spinach

¼ cup

Boiled potatoes

¼ cup

Green chillies

2

Red chilly powder.

1 tablespoon

Salt

According to taste

Water

For kneading, massaging

Oil for frying

 

Method

  • Firstly, mix all the dry ingredients.
  • Thoroughly and slowly add water to form a dough to make puri.
  • Note not add much water.
  • Convert them to puri shape and then deep fry till brown
  • Serve hot.
