Festivals of the Buddhists
Buddhists have festivals centered on Buddha and the Bodhisattvas. It is said that most of the festivals were started by Buddha himself. However, in India, one doesn’t see much of the hype centered on these festivals as in other religions. Festivals are more religious and spiritual than social in nature. The festivals are a way of reminding themselves of the righteous path they need to follow.

of this Hindus are the most notable in any field of Science they have very prominent presence, we do not find that of Christians though they claim to run the best educational institutions they have not achieved much as a community. Even in the western world the scientific minds are asians

Muslims have more than 50 festivals every year. Every Friday is muslims Festival. People with less spiritual knowledge and weak understanding of Islam has only 2 festivals. For the people who love prophet, all days of year are festival, every day is Milad-e-Nabi.

Firstly, Muslims do not celebrate a number of festivals all round the year. Islam is the only religion with the least festivals, that is, only two. Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Zuha. Muharram is not a festival, but the name of the first month of the hijri{Lunar} calender. The other 8 listed here, are not festivals, but events created by people after the death of the Prophet Muhammad[s.a.w.]. According to the Quran and Sharia'a, Muslims celebrate only 2 festivals. As for the celebration, on the peopl's death and birthdays is strictly forbidden. Therefore, I request you to please remove the other events from the list.
