Method of preparation:

 

·        To start with add kuttu atta, potatoes and salt. Mix them well.

·        Convert them into a soft dough by adding water.

·        Leave it aside for ½ an hour.

·        Once the dough is formed, divide it into balls.

·        Roll the balls to form paratha.

·        Heat a Tava and grill the paratha with ghee.

·        When properly grilled serve it hot.
