Banana Halwa:
Ingredients:
| Nutmeg ground |

| Bananas (ripe, peeled and mashed) |

Method of Preparation:
- In a pan put ghee.
- Fry the ripe bananas until they turn light brown in color, and note that they don't stick to the pan.
- Now, add sugar and wait until it dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and add cardamom seeds and almonds.
- Allow it to cool.
- Cut into desired shapes and serve.
Tomato Rosam:
Ingredients:

Method of Preparation:
- Wash the Dal and Put in the pressure cooker.
- Put oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, dried chili and asafetida.
- Add garlic, ginger, tomatoes and green chilies, only after the mustard seeds start spattering.
- Now add water, chilly, turmeric powder.
- Boil the mixture on low flame for few (5-6) minutes...
- Now finally add cooked Dal and water to the mixture.
- To serve finally garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Nipattuu:
Ingredients:

Method Of preparation:
- To start with roast the chana dal powder.
- Then, mix rice flour, roasted channa dal powder, coconut powder, chilly powder and oil, well.
- To the mixture add some peanuts.
- Then add water.
- Take a small portion of this mixture and pat it on a plastic sheet or foil.
- Finally, fry the pat till brown in color.
Parippu:
Ingredients:

Method of Preparation:
- Roast the moong dal without any oil.
- Now, using sufficient water and turmeric, cook it well.
- Using cumin seeds and water grind the coconut.
- Add the grinded coconut to the Dal, along with curry leaves and salt.
