The festivals of different sections of Nagas like the Angami, Sema, Lotha and Rengma Nagas are more or less similar. Most of their festivals are connected with different aspects of agriculture like reaping, sowing and harvesting. Moastu festival is organized by Ao Naga in the month of May, after the sowing.
