How to Reach

Agra is located about 204 km south of Delhi. The city of Taj Mahal, Agra can be reached by air, railways and road easily as it is well connected to most of the states through national highways and rail tracks

By Air

Agra’s Kheria airport is merely 7 km away from the city center. Major Indian airlines operate daily round trips to Agra. Also, there are other private airlines connecting Delhi, Khajuraho and Varanasi. You can easily find a cab or a taxi from the airport to the desired destination.

By Road

Agra is well connected to other parts of the country through the national highways. Idgah bus stand is the main bus stand of Agra, from where regular bus service is available for all the major cities as Delhi, Jaipur, Mathura, Fatehpur-Sikri, Mathura, Lucknow, Gwalior etc.

By Railways

Agra has a good network of railways. The main railway station is the Agra Cantonment station. Agra is well connected by the railway lines to Delhi, Varanasi and cities of Rajasthan. Luxury trains like Palace on Wheel, Shatabdi, Rajdhani, and Taj Express are also available in these routes.
